Dwayne He was the one who founded Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007, is now the pastor. He serves as a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director for Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne is, besides being a pastor, is enthusiastic about educating the next generation. He is a member of the board for Biblical Counseling. He is the author of numerous online publications and is also a contributing writer to Christ-centered biblical counseling Change lives through the eternal truth of God (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne, His wife Leslie and their three children.
